As a corporate sponsor you’ll donate a sum for every altimeter we reach up mt. Kilimanjaro. Fair warning, we plan to climb all the way to top, which is 5.895 altimeter. The minimum donation for corporations is 0,13 euro pr. altimeter, which gives a total donation of 766,35 euros. A donation of that size will be able to feed 2947,5 street children, so your donation goes a long way.
If you want to make a private donation, you can donate through MobilePay or through this link.
On September 2’nd our board member Julie Busch will travel to Tanzania to climb Kilimanjaro through the Lemosho route up to Uhuru Peak. The Lemosho route is the longest route up Kilimanjaro. Julie will climb approx. 70 km. over 8 days. The main challenge is the dropping air pressure, as Julie makes her way up the mountain, which makes it increasingly difficult to breathe and move. The Lemosho route will take Julie through both rainforrest and heathland, before she reaches the ice cold top of Uhuru Peak.
Since all donations go directly to Gadens Boern, the Kilimanjaro Charity Climb is dependant on sponsorships. That’s why we’d like to give a heartfelt thank you to Afrika Safari, who is sponsoring the trip.
You can make a corporate or private donation to support our Charity Climb for street children in Kolkata.
Follow our climb up Kilimanjaro on social media. Our journey starts September 2’nd and we’ll keep you posted on our progress through our social media channels.
